7 NATURAL Ways To Boost Your Testosterone Levels

So Usain Bolt wins the 100m and the 200m in the World Championship a few days ago…

I’m sure many of you saw this on the TV.

I’m fascinated by sprinting in world athletics and have been since I saw Carl Lewis in 1984 in Los Angeles win four gold medals.

In 1988, the debate on whether these guys were doping really took off after Ben Johnson cruised to victory in a time of 9.79secs and was subsequently stripped of his title after failing a drugs test.

Long gone are the days when we used to think fat causes heart disease and high cholesterol.

Both of these nutrients are usually lacking in many people and certainly in those tested with low ‘T’ levels.

A component of indole-3-carbinol that is formed in the digestion of vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower.

Get 6-8 hours in that pit of yours and make it quality hours. Not only will it boost your levels of testosterone, it will improve the quality of your life in every single area.

* Keep your workouts brief

Gym sessions should be no more than 45-50mins. Testosterone has been shown to decrease when training sessions last longer than 1 hour.

Testosterone is vital for so many functions in life.

Not only will it help you build muscle and burn fat, it will help with your sleep, your energy, libido and overall quality and zest for life.

So unless your weapon of choice is performance enhancing drugs or eating bovine balls, you may be wise to look at the list above :)
