Someone asked me the other week…

“If I have one week left before I go on holiday, what can I do to look my very best around the pool?”

The Best Fat Burning Foods

Morning all…

I often get asked by clients in the gym, “what are the best foods to eat to burn fat?”

The answer to that is quite complicated so allow me explain :-

Certain food and beverages supposedly contain “fat burning properties”.

Foods like green tea and chili peppers to name a few, and actually it turns out that there is some truth to the claims that these foods speed up your metabolic rate by the act of THERMOGENESIS.

The downside is that recent studies show that the amount is very insignificant and using the example of green tea…

…you would need 4 cups of strong green tea to burn an extra 70 calories in a 24hr period.

Although this helps, it’s unlikely to make any significant difference to fat loss over time.

How To Eat For AMAZING Results

So I was at the O2 last night, watching 3/5th’s of Take That in concert…

‘Twas an excellent show and I think most people would enjoy it even if they were not a fan…

…unless you have a penchant for “Death Metal” and are into Slipnot or Nepalm Death :)

Before the show, we ate at Rodizio Rico, the Brazilian BBQ place.

Great food if you are a carnivore, not so great if you are a herbivore.
