You’ve Got 6 Months to Live!

“You’ve got six months to live”

These words are said to many people, every day, all over the world.

The fact is, some of you reading this newsletter may have heard this said to a friend or a family member…

What would you do if the doctor said this to you?

I’m guessing it would put many things into perspective.

Not one person on their death bed ever said that they wished they had spent more time at the office…

…not one.

Actually think about what YOU would do, should those fateful words ever get muttered to you.

Who would you spend time with?

Where would you go, what would you see and what would you say?

What’s holding you back from doing those things now?

We’ve all got a “list” of things we will do one day.

Places to see, hobbies to take up and skills to learn…

The truth is, not one of us knows for sure that we will see tomorrow…

No one can guarantee anything.

I don’t want to get too depressing but I’m trying to help you see that

Life is for living.

I don’t subscribe to the philosophy that we need to live like each day is our last…that would just wreak havoc.

Reckless abandon is not what we need here…

I’m suggesting we don’t postpone our hopes and dreams until someday in the future.

There are 7 days in the week and “someday” isn’t one of them :)

If you have fallen out with a close friend or family member, remember, life is too short…make up with that person because I can guarantee you will regret if you don’t and something tragic happens…

and shit happens everyday to people all over the world when they least expect it doesn’t it?

Write out that list of things you want to do and achieve.

TAKE ACTION on one thing now.


Not tomorrow because tomorrow never comes…

Move on something like you have 6 months left to live.

Have some urgency in your life, some passion…

and make all your hopes, dreams and aspirations become reality.

Without This Fitness Success Is Impossible!


I originally wrote this post around Christmas, but it is one of the most important things I have written and needs refreshing!

It’s on a topic very close to my heart and in fact the heart of everyone of us as the underlying content effects each and every one of us.

It is centred on a group of things that will either guarantee our success in fitness, or relationships, or business, or whatever is important to you. The flip side is that if you get these wrong and forge bad ones then you’ll probably never get to realise your optimum potential.

My how fast the weeks go by?

Last week I talked about there being 9 weeks to a new you and it all starts today!

Yes, today is the first day of the rest of you life.

The past is past and we have no control over what happened then (unless you’re called Marty McFly) so let’s look at what we can change….

Want more energy?

Want better sleep?

Want to think clearer?
