Step 1…Programme design details
Please list as much detail and information as possible. The more detail we have the better your training and nutrition plan can be constructed.

Step 2…Pictures of yourself.
Please take a picture standing from the front. Relax entirely and do not tense your body.
Second shot – from the side. Turn 90 degrees and get someone to take a pic for you. Wear as little clothing as possible in the shots. The better the pictures, the better we can see changes as your results progress.
Step 3…Fill out a PAR-Q form
